“Not a bad place room was clean bed wasnt all that comfortable but overall id definitely stay again”

“Everything was fine except my room had a thin shade that let the light in, so I had a hard time sleeping. I would’ve switched rooms, but I checked in around midnight and was exhausted.”

“Everything about this place was great except for one thing. The wifi was horrible! This hotel needs to invest in better Wi-Fi for its guests. Since there is no cell service, Wi-Fi would be helpful for guests so they can make Wi-Fi calls and work on their computers.”

“First of all nobody should be allowed to stay at this property. From the outside it is scary looking. And I wasn't even sure that I was at the right property upon pulling into the parking lot so I drove around the back and it looked like Armageddon… So unkempt… Debris everywhere apparently they are redoing the rooms but to leave the back of the building looking like that is unacceptable. Clean it up. Also when I went inside to let them know I had arrived and got my keys I inquired as to the...

“Great pet friendly place! Plenty of grass area to walk your dogs. My husband and I visit Williamsburg often to go to Busch Gardens with our mini doodle, and we always stay here. Decent breakfast, but very tiny coffee cups. Elevator is super slow, so we normally take the stairs. The staff has always been super friendly, and helpful when needed. Overall, they do a nice job of keeping everything clean. Definitely could use some updates and repairs in certain areas, but we always enjoy our stay.”

“Charming and tastefully decorated, immaculate. Room spacious enough. Desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was basic but nice (great coffee, toast, bananas, pop tarts). Only two relatively minor issues. Water pressure in our room wasn’t great, and the window unit that provided heat was very noisy. Would definitely stay again!”

After confirming my slot, your team canceled it, stating the time was no longer available, yet my payment has not been refunded. This is unacceptable, as the cancellation was not initiated by me. “The room was very clean. And the staff was friendly. ”

“No really a family place to stay, maybe just for a couple, but still it’s ok if you can’t afford a better place.”

“The room was super clean. The breakfast was delicious and the staff keeps refilling the food and drinks for guest. The location was very convenient to places like gas station, stores and fast food. We walked to get snacks, drinks and items we forgot to bring.”

“I stay at this particular hotel quite often for business and I am never disappointed in the standard of hospitality, cleanliness, and comfort. They also have a great complimentary hot breakfast. ”
